More than 7 days before
100% refund - Full refund, no questions asked
3-7 days before
50% refund - Half of the booking amount refunded
24-72 hours before
25% refund - Quarter of the booking amount refunded
Less than 24 hours
No refund - Booking is non-refundable
How to Cancel Your Booking

- Provide your booking reference number
- Specify the reason for cancellation (optional)
- Receive confirmation within 24 hours
- Refund processed within 5-7 business days
Special Circumstances
Weather-Related Cancellations
If severe weather makes the tour unsafe, you'll receive a full refund or can reschedule at no extra cost.
Guide Cancellations
If your guide cancels, you'll receive a full refund immediately or can book with another guide.
Medical Emergencies
With valid documentation, medical emergencies may qualify for full refunds regardless of timing.
